Getting Here & Parking

If you are a guest arriving to the James C. Kennedy Mountain Campus, please follow signs to the appropriate parking location or check in at the Welcome Center in the Dining Hall. See our interactive campus map to identify your designated parking area on campus.

Public access and parking are not available at the James C. Kennedy Mountain Campus. Your vehicle may be locked inside our gates if you park on the James C. Kennedy Mountain Campus without authorization. Please avoid this situation by respecting our “authorized guests only” policy.

    If you are coming to recreate in the area, like accessing the many hiking trails in the Red Feather Lakes area, parking is available at the public trailheads.

    • Mount Margaret Trailhead and Lady Moon Trailhead parking is less than 3 miles to west of Kennedy Mountain Campus.
    • Parvin Lake and Dowdy Lake are located 7 miles west of Kennedy Mountain Campus and have designated parking areas.

Arriving & On-Site

Guest Services are available in the Welcome Center at the back of the Dining Hall at the James C. Kennedy Mountain Campus. The Welcome Center is available during all events at the Kennedy Mountain Campus, hours may vary and will be announced during your Welcome and Safety Briefing at the beginning of your event.

The Welcome Center Has:

Amenities

  • Trash liners and extra toilet paper
  • Shampoo and body wash refill
  • Fans (first-come, first-serve)
  • Games and outdoor equipment (guests 18+)

Convenience Store

  • Toothbrush and toothpaste
  • Beverages, candy, and snacks
  • Additional hygiene products
